We've run the pex water lines for all of the fixtures. The upstairs bathroom and washer are all set. The downstairs bathroom and kitchen sink are all set. Martin even ran the lines for the two outside faucets. The lines have been pressure tested and we are only waiting for the weather to be a bit more consistently warm (we have had a range from 70 degrees to 10 degrees lately) to have the water turned back on.
Renovation of a 400 square foot house built in 1922 located in Cornish, Maine. The original foundation was 20 feet by 20 feet. At some point in the house's history a small (10' x 8') addition was put on the back. Later that addition was removed and enlarged to an addition the full width of the house and remained 8 foot deep.

Plumbing progress
Plumbing has been started. Martin has the waste pipes in for both bathrooms and the kitchen.
We've decided where the fixtures are going to go and the tub and shower are in place (not truly installed).

kitchen cabinets
Martin happened on some kitchen cabinets that were on sale for about 30% off. We checked them out and agreed that we liked them. Then we planned the kitchen and made a list of the cabinets we needed. Only then did we realize that the sale ended that day and we needed to get to the store to buy them.
Which we did. They had everything we needed in stock, so we bought the whole kit and caboodle. Now my house has turned into a storage locker again. We can't have the kitchen cabinets at an tigin getting in the way of Martin working, so they are at the house we are living in, waiting until they can be installed in their new home.
