Our neighbor from Baldwin, spent a couple of days at an tigin with his back hoe. He moved 8 backhoe buckets of rocks from the original kitchen addition (on top of all of the rocks that Martin had already hauled out of there.)
The center section of the basement is going to be at the full depth. However the sides are going to be three feet deep. We will be able to use them as storage shelves and with all of Martin's collections of tools we certainly will need the storage space!
The front of the house will have the bulk head stair access to the full basement.
